サーブ買収はＯＫでもロゴと名称はＮＧ？

色々、擦った揉んだがあったSAABですが、ようやく今月頭に日本と中国のグループ（National Electric Vehicle Sweden：NEVS）による買収が発表されました。めでたく、これからは電気自動車メーカーとして再起を遂げるはずのSAABだったのですが・・・、早速トラブル勃発です。

SAAB買収において、契約条項に「SAAB」の名称ならびにロゴの使用権が含まれていなかったんですって。ロゴの使用権を持っているのは防衛機器メーカーSAAB ABならびにトラックメーカーのスカニア。スカニアによると1990年、GMが乗用車部門の50％を買収した際、SAAB AB、サーブ乗用車部門、そしてスカニアによってロゴ使用権の取り決めがされたとか。NEVSは勝手に「SAAB」と名乗ることはできず現在、交渉が行われているそうです。
2013年後半から2014年にはサーブ9-3をベースにした電気自動車を、サーブから購入したトロールハッテン工場で生産を計画中のNEVS。
こんなチームも再結成して欲しいです・・・。

SAABを買収した日中投資会社のNEVSですが、気になるのは日本の「サン・インベストメント」。元々、日本コアパートナー株式会社にいた、ゴールドマンサックスでセールスやっていた人が発起人（Sanefumi Sammy Shoji）。まったく全体像がつかめません。気になるのは日本 コアパートナーのバナーにある一般社団法人「太陽経済の会」。SUNINVESTMENTだけに何等かの関係があるのでしょうか・・・。

The new owner of Saab said it is looking for a solution to the current block on its right to use of the Saab name and badge. National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS), a Chinese-Japanese investment group, bought the Swedish automaker from administrators earlier this month. But the sale did not include permission to use the Saab name and logo. This can only be granted by defense company Saab AB and truck maker Scania. Scania said the agreement went back to 1990 when General Motors Co. bought 50 percent of the passenger-car division of the single company that included Saab AB, Saab Autos and Scania. NEVS plans to build an electric version of the Saab 9-3 at the Saab’s factpry in Trollhaettan in Sweden for launch late 2013 or early 2014.
NEVS is 51 percent owned by National Modern Energy Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong-based company controlled by Swedish-Chinese alternative fuels entrepreneur Kai Johan Jiang. The remaining 49 percent is held by Japanese company Sun Investment.
We are looking into who Sun Investment is but…there is not much information we can find about them. The founder of the company, Sanefumi Sammy Shoji, used to be in equity sales at Goldman Sachs and his last workplace was at Japan Core Partner Inc.

What bothers us is that this JCP is a member of “Sun Based Economy Association” whoever they may be but the members are filled with prominent companies and corporate figures… We wonder if this association has anything to do with Sun Investment…
